About Me
I’m Ella, an integrative psychotherapist offering online therapy for neurodivergent women.
My work is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed — supporting you to better understand your mind, ease anxiety and overwhelm, and find ways of living that feel more sustainable.
My Credentials
I hold a Distinction in my MSc (Level 7) in Counselling & Psychotherapy and I am an MBACP registered therapist, currently working towards accreditation.
I engage in regular continuing professional development (CPD) to ensure my practice remains ethical, up to date, and responsive to the needs of the clients I work with.
Alongside my core training, I have undertaken additional learning in CBT-informed approaches and attachment-focused work. I am currently completing further training in ADHD coaching, deepening my understanding of how to support neurodivergent clients with practical, day-to-day challenges.
My Experience
My work is shaped by both my professional training and my experience working in a range of settings, including domestic abuse services and hospice care.
I currently work within a women’s domestic abuse service, supporting clients with complex and often trauma-related experiences. This has deepened my ability to work in a trauma-informed, sensitive, and relational way.
I also bring a level of personal understanding to my work. I was late diagnosed with ADHD (combined type) in March 2025, which was a significant moment in helping me better understand my own mind and how to work with it, rather than feeling like I was working against it.
