My Services
I offer online therapy for neurodivergent women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and feeling stuck.
You may appear to be coping on the outside, while internally things feel much harder than they should — a constant sense of overthinking, mental exhaustion, or difficulty switching off.
Whether you’re exploring ADHD or trying to understand your experience more clearly, therapy provides a space to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to work with your mind in a more supportive way.
Getting Started
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own.
Free 20-minute introductory call
A gentle, no-pressure space to briefly connect, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right for you.
You’re welcome to share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, but there’s no expectation to go into detail — only what feels comfortable.
If you prefer, you can also book an initial session directly.
50-minute online therapy session
A full therapy session where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in greater depth.
Sessions are shaped around you, with no pressure to have everything figured out beforehand. Together, we may reflect on what’s been coming up for you, make sense of patterns, or find ways to navigate things that feel overwhelming.
Where helpful, I may also incorporate psychoeducation and practical tools, particularly in relation to ADHD, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
Over Time
Over time, you may begin to notice:
a clearer understanding of how your mind works
feeling less overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions
a gradual easing of anxiety, or feeling more able to manage it when it arises
more self-compassion, and less self-criticism
finding it easier to rest, slow down, or set boundaries
feeling more able to work with your brain, rather than against it
So if you’re thinking about starting therapy, you’re very welcome to get in touch or book an initial session with me when it feels right for you.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply want a space to understand yourself better, therapy can be a helpful place to begin.
The introductory call is an opportunity to ask questions and see whether working together feels right for you.

This can vary from person to person, depending on what you’re looking for support with and what feels right for you.
Some people come for a shorter period to focus on a specific area, while others find it helpful to have ongoing support over a longer period of time.
We can talk about this together and regularly review how things are feeling, so that therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
Many clients begin with weekly sessions, particularly at the start, to build consistency and support. There is also the option to book a small block of sessions if that feels helpful.
-
I currently offer online therapy only.
Sessions take place via secure video, and I also offer telephone sessions if that feels more comfortable or accessible for you.
I don’t offer email or text-based therapy, as I find real-time sessions provide a more supportive and relational space.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of what’s been feeling difficult — whether that’s anxiety, constant overwhelm, or feeling stuck in cycles of burnout.
Together, we can begin to understand what’s contributing to how you’re feeling, gently explore patterns, and find ways of responding that feel more manageable and supportive.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different ways of working depending on your needs. Alongside reflection, I may also bring in psychoeducation and practical tools, particularly when working with ADHD, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
Over time, therapy can help you feel less overwhelmed, ease anxiety, and begin to work with your mind in a way that feels more sustainable.
