Therapy
I offer online therapy for women navigating and healing from unhealthy relationships, helping them rebuild confidence, self-trust, and a stronger sense of self.
Many of the women I work with appear to be coping well on the outside while internally feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or constantly questioning themselves. They may have spent years putting other people's needs first, walking on eggshells, or doubting their own thoughts and decisions.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel heard, and understand how your experiences have shaped you. Together, we'll explore the patterns that no longer serve you, helping you build self-trust, healthier boundaries, and a life that feels more grounded, balanced, and authentic.
Getting Started
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're used to managing everything on your own. My aim is to make the process feel as comfortable and supportive as possible.
Free 20-minute introductory call
A relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to briefly connect, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
You're welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. If you already know you'd like to begin, you're also welcome to book your first therapy session directly.
50-minute online therapy session
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to your individual needs.
There is no expectation to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we might explore:
relationship patterns and unhealthy relationship dynamics
anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and overthinking
people-pleasing and difficulties with boundaries
self-worth, confidence, and self-doubt
ADHD-related challenges, including emotional regulation, rejection sensitivity, or burnout
anything else that feels important to you
Where appropriate, I may also incorporate psychoeducation and practical strategies, particularly around ADHD, emotional regulation, attachment, and self-understanding.
Over Time
Therapy looks different for everyone, but over time many women begin to notice:
greater confidence in themselves and their decisions
healthier boundaries without overwhelming guilt
less anxiety and emotional overwhelm in everyday life
a deeper understanding of relationship patterns and why they developed
more self-compassion and less self-criticism
greater emotional resilience when facing life's challenges
a stronger sense of who they are and what they need
The goal of therapy isn't to become a different person—it's to help you feel more like yourself again.
Over time, many women find they move from self-doubt to self-trust, creating healthier relationships with themselves and the people around them.

Some people come for a shorter period to focus on a specific issue, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll regularly review how therapy is feeling so it continues to be helpful and aligned with your goals.
